One minute I'm captivated while reading 'The Spinning Heart', wondering if Bobby Mahon really did kill his father? Or if Filippo is ever going to get out the hole that he's stuck in? Then before I know it I'm extremely frustrated and wishing that Hopkins had been illiterate or thinking about how God is testing my patience and willpower when Mr. O'Mahony says that he's not going to collect up all six of our poetry questions which I managed to cram even though he told us not to. (It's very stressful and most certainly gave me grey hairs, I would strongly advise against doing this!)
I adore it yet I loathe it.
Then I remember, I'm going to have to put up with it, we all are. We'll all just have to endure the torture and have the occasional laugh. Hopefully in September 2018, we will all be rewarded with the results we deserve.
