Take what I am saying into consideration. We should all make an attempt to reduce the amount of time we spend glue to a screen and appreciate the more important things in life. It's worth a try !

We all knew it would happen sooner or later. Personally, I think it is safe to say that technology has taken over society. How so ? I hear you ask. For instance, take a seven year old, ask them what they got for Christmas this year.. more than likely they received some piece of modern technology. I mean come on, when I was seven years old the most important thing on my mind was the colours I was going to use to colour a picture. Where as nowadays people young and old are downloading 'apps' from the google play store and what not. I suppose it has become a way of life for some of us. As soon as we arrive home from school, some of us have a tendancy to 'snapchat' the minute we arrive in the door ! I am not not talking about anyone in particular or anything... Ok, so what if I am on about myself, I like to let people know how exciting my life is i.e what I am having for dinner, pulling some ridiculous face, but at least I know I am not the only one. How many of us go home every evening, put away the phone and have a civil conversation with family about the goings-on during the day ? Pppphh! Certainly not me anyway ! If I did I would have to take a snapchat of myself doing it ! Ok, all jokes aside for a moment, imagine the effect it is having on our society. We are using gadgets to communicate with one another and in turn we are losing the art of communication. Take what I am saying into consideration. We should all make an attempt to reduce the amount of time we spend glue to a screen and appreciate the more important things in life. It's worth a try ! E.Ha
